we were driving through downtown last night # sun-roof open# shooting the final elements for one of our music videos—– we, immersed in amber light and shadow, circled endlessly, the blocks @ 3rd, Flower, Hope, and Figueroa. a focused Alan Algee, reclined in the cramped backseat was angling for the perfect shot as I mimed the words of the AZIMUTh* over and again. peering through the viewfinder of a canon 5D, Alan suddenly proclaims:

The ageless Cumaean Sibyl was the priestess presiding over the Apollonian oracle at Cumae, a Greek colony located near Naples, Italy. The word sibyl comes from the ancient Greek word sibylla, meaning “prophetess”. There were eventually many Sibyls in the ancient world, but because of the importance of the Cumaean Sibyl in the legends of early Rome, she became the most famous among Romans, supplanting the Erythraean Sibyl famed among Greeks. In the Middle Ages, the Cumaean Sibyl was also considered the prophet of the birth of Christ. This Sibyl is one of the four painted by Raphael at Santa Maria della Pace, and in the Sistine Ceiling of Michelangelo her powerful presence overshadows every other Sibyl, even her younger and more beautiful sisters, such as the Delphic Sibyl.

According to the Greek mythology, the **RAINBOW* was a path created by a messenger between heaven and earth. According to Chinese Mythology, the rainbow was believed to be a slit in the sky which was sealed by Goddess Nuwa using stones of five various colors. In the Norse Mythology, a rainbow is referred as the Bifrost Bridge which connects the realms of gods and humans, respectively. The Hebrew bible calls the rainbow a symbol of agreement between God and man. (((James Brown– age 36—- w/ the JBs “Give It Up Turn It Loose” /1969))))
